- Membership Application/Code of Ethics Form: Print, sign and turn in to Joe Lam
- SCSOA Exam: Complete online SCSOA online exam with 80% or higher
- NFHS Soccer Exam: Fill out answer sheet on your computer & email the completed answer sheet to Mike Skinner
- NFHS Online Video Course: Officiating

When you are taking the exam, you may stop and then resume taking the exam later. Be sure to obtain a resume code before exiting the exam.

Click links below, NFHS website select state and add to shopping cart (It's free) go through checkout. Go back to courses on NFHS website navigation and take the course. Total time for completing both courses is just under an hour.
Step 2: SCSOA Online Test:
- Link to English Online Test
- Link to Spanish Online Test
- Enter Ventura as the Unit.
- Password for both exams is Westmont (uppercase W only).
- Select Ventura from the drop-down box.
- Be sure to include your name.
